How are cancellations and postponements handled?

Concert promoters are responsible for refunds and exchanges. Occasionally, events are cancelled by the promoter. Should this occur, JewishTickets.com will work on your behalf and you may receive a refund or exchange for that event. Please note that shipping and order processing fees when applicable cannot be refunded.

I see an event but I don’t see ticket information

Not all events have tickets that will be available for purchase online. If this is the case, there is usually a web address or phone number to call. It may also be prior to the ticket selling date.

Is charging credit cards online safe?

JewishTickts.com utilizes Thawte secure certificate (www.thawte.com) in our credit card processing module to ensure the privacy and protection of your information. Through SSL encryption, the certificate assures that all information is kept private between your browser and our servers.
